Small business service contract basic (SBSC-Basic) 2-3 computers
Every two weeks a technician will come to the site one hour each visit to:
back up the files
antivirus
check for spyware

If additional assistance is needed in exceeding the two hours, client will receive a discounted rate at $90/hour
Monthly package rate $149.00
Small business service contract premium (SBSC-Premium)
Up to 6 computers
Every week a technician will come to the site for one hour each visit to:
back up the files
antivirus
check for spyware

If the client needs additional assistance in additional to the two hours, client will receive a discounted rate at $90/hour
Monthly package rate $399
